Hotel Adriatic’s video represents immersion of the two cultures –a French Brasserie meets Rovinj’s Riva. Monte Mulini’s gastro video reflects the definition of fine dining with a focus on both details in the culinary process and the dining experience whereas Lone Hotel is presented a place where art is created: chefs are artists with a paintbrush in their hands and the plates created are pieces of art.
