This prestigious project for launching the FIAT 500 was accompanied by an extremely complex briefing: the FIAT group wanted to address different audiences back-2-back with a modular event concept. It had to be ensured that the target group is authentically addressed and the presentation was adjusted accordingly. In this context, we developed a concept for two events – an event for the media and the German dealer network with an official handover of the first FIAT 500 and a concluding event for employees, potential customers, opinion leaders as well as early adapters of the product. Together with their partners Envy covered all aspects of the event implementation - location scouting, program design & booking, event logistics, advertising and finally VIP & Media accreditation. The project was implemented in cooperation with THE LUCKY CHARMS and BRANDBELOW.
